Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
Return is Applicable for all the Products which is bought from Classicbuy. Following the delivery of your purchase, you have 48 hours to request a return under our return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unworn or unused, and with the tags still attached. It is also necessary to have the invoice or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, send us an email at superinnovassociatespvtltd@gmail.com / info@classicbuy.in. If your return is accepted, you will receive mailing instructions and a return postage label.

REFUNDS
Items returned to us without first obtaining a refund will not be accepted.
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically used to process a refund.
Please remember that processing and depositing the refund may take longer than expected depending on your bank or credit card company.
Classicbuy processes refund requests within 5 to 7 business days.
